Congratulations to the eighth grade class as they finish their work at St. Gabriel School.  In their class’s honor, this week's word is COMMENCEMENT.  Of course this word refers to graduation, the recognition that they've completed a course of study.  But as the word also suggests, it is a new beginning.  Their studies at St. Gabriel have prepared them for the next exciting step in their lives.  I’m proud of you all!
