St. Gabriel School supports the strive to live a healthy life. Health relates to many things - eating, exercise, amount of sleep, etc. You can submit your tips for being healthy. You earn one point if you submit a tip but are not chosen to be featured on the page, and two points if you are featured! If your tip does not show up on the page, try again another week! See the bottom of the page for a table listing all the tips that have been posted this year.

Note: Two tips will be chosen this week. These tips will be featured in the weekly school newsletter!





Go for a walk or ride your bike whenever you can!
